As you are all aware we now have a new customise your profile feature on the site and to encourage you to use this fantastic new tool we have decided to run a competition called "Pimp my Profile". This competiton will run from now until 14th of July 2008

As you have seen, we have a new points system which rewards you for activities that you do on BDSM-Life if you go to "My Account" then click on "My Points" you will see a list of activities that you can earn points for on the site.

We have been asked time and time again to make it easier for you the members to edit and customize your profiles better than you are able to now. So here is the answer to your requests ...

We have raised the points on most of the activities on the site to help you earn more for the monthly competition.

Can we ask everyone to keep an eye on this section on the front page as here we will announce all the new features etc. for the site. Also the archives have some good historical info about the site.

We have made it possible for you to connect your profile on bdsm-life.com with your flickr account. This way you don't need to upload your flickr pictures again....

We have been asked to give you more photo albums, so we have increased the number of photo albums to 20 which means you can put up to 1000 photo's in 20 albums!! Remember you can have Private or Public albums its your choice.

Due to important Administrative changes in the Admin section of the website that we use, the "Suspend Account" is no longer available. However you can make your profile Private by going to "My Account" & selecting this option. Sorry for any inconvienience

You may have noticed that YouTube Videos are back on the site. See the "Site Stats" Panel for number of videos shared. Please use this great feature and share your favourite YouTube videos with all the other members.

One of the best ways to increase your points is to refer your friends. The typical Friend Inviter will allow you to import your contacts from your mail service (eg hotmail, gmail etc) This new feature takes it much further by integrating fully in the site

Our Coder has added several new features and enhancements to the site.

You can now edit your profile tags so others can find you even more easily. Go to your account and then to "My settings" to enter them on your profile. Please use them as they are a great search feature.

You can now choose to RESTRICT ACCESS to your Profile to Friends only or to all members. Yet another great tool for you to manage your own profile.
